We promise to ship all items within 2 business days of but we aim to ship all orders placed before 12:00 pm (EDST), the same day.
You will be notified if we are temporarily out of stock on any items we offer.
We ship VIA United Parcel Service and USPS. Should you want to request a certain shipping method, please contact our store.
Pay Pal is preferred, but we also accept checks and money orders, please allow extra time for payment to clear when paid by check or money order.

Most items may be returned within 14 days of shipment for a refund, less shipping and handling (please note that outbound shipping costs on items that originally received free shipping will be charged at the time of return). All of the merchandise we sell is brand new and has never been opened, and we do not return any used merchandise to our warehouse shelves to re-sell it as new. Therefore, all items must be returned in new, unopened re-saleable condition or a restocking fee ranging from 1% to 25% will apply. Furthermore, returned items must be complete with all original parts, accessories, and manufacturer packaging to be eligible for a credit. All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the condition and completeness of returned merchandise. You MUST call for a return authorization before returning any item.
